We are seeking conversations with organizations that can help define where Sentinel Vision could be useful, and what evidence would make that usefulness credible.
Retailers exploring entrance flow, dealerships studying lot activity, facilities reviewing defined zones, and land or wildlife teams organizing camera observations are potential discussion partners.
The starting point is one site, one workflow, or one measurable question, rather than a broad automation promise.
Partners who can help test the answer
A useful evaluation needs an operational contact, permission to use relevant footage, representative conditions, and time for feedback and manual review.
No camera footage is needed for the first inquiry. If you do not yet have cameras or data permission, describe that constraint so feasibility can be discussed.
A PROPOSED PATH TO A PILOT
Define the evidence before the experiment.
Discovery and fit
Discuss the operational problem, intended users, current process, and what would count as a useful result.
Feasibility and boundaries
Review camera conditions, available compute, data authority, privacy, retention, and access. Agree any data-sharing arrangements before exchanging footage.
Agree a limited evaluation
Set the scope, responsibilities, timeline, costs, and success criteria together. Examples include count error against manual review, missed events, or review time.
Review and decide
Document results and limitations under the tested conditions. Decide together whether to refine, expand, or stop; an evaluation does not establish broader performance.
